Dr. Carson has an excellent facility. Talks you through the procedure. Gives options when appropriate. No pain. Had fillings replaced and a partial crown. Insurance covered about half. Great service overall.
About Front Desk: Belinda is very up front about costs. Explains what is covered and what is not. She also reminds when appt is due.

About Hygienist: Shelley is very thorough, gentle and yet firm with recommendations. Always leave with a good feeling in my mouth.

This dentist performs unnessary work... He also refers unnessary work to his affiliates... Seems to be money motivated... Not patient motivated... Staff is money motivated and unfriendly.... BEWARE...

My family has been seeing Dr. Carson for 5 years now. My sons love going to the dentist, the staff makes it such a fun experience for them, often they want to go back sooner. My oldest had to have his first cavity fixed, he was pretty nervous (mainly because this was the first one) but the assistant explained everything to him and he felt better and everything was great. I recommend Dr Carson to everyone he is the best!!!

I never liked my smile, but after many recommendation I went to see Dr. Carson. That was the best thing I could have done for myself. The process has been wonderful and now I smile more!! Thanks for the great care and really caring about me and my mouth!!!

I started seeing Dr. Carson about 18 months ago and my family and I will NEVER go back to that office again. Dr. Carson and his staff (especially his wife, who runs the office)are very rude and condescending. He makes you feel as though you are an idiot if you do not want to have a procedure done. I have a cavity in one of my teeth that I just cannot afford to have taken care of(he no longer takes my insurance (MetLife) and I have been continually harrassed by his office staff to get it fixed. I had a family emergency and missed one appointment and the office charged me $80.00!! If you do not answer your phone when they call they proceed to call you with their cell phones so you dont recognize the caller ID number. It's ridiculous the games they play.
About Hygienist: I will say that the dental hygienist is wonderful at this office, it's unfortunate that she works for such a horrible doctor! I will truly miss her services.

I went to see Dr Carson after looking at his website online - www.johncarsondds.com - after meeting him and his staff I was so happy I found him!!!!! They took great care of me! I had 6 veneers done and love them!! I never wanted to smile because of my teeth but now I cant stop. The office is wonderful and Dr Carson could not have been nicer or more caring. I cant say enough good things about this office

Dr. Carson is young, gentle and knowledgable. His staff is great, his wife also works in the office. Their office uses all the lastest technology in dental care, PC screens so you can watch what is happening, new cleaning tech. etc. The waiting room is decorated in contemporary design complete with leather chairs and couches. Overall, I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Carson. Prices are a little higher than other dentists I have been too, but I guess you have to pay a little more for a good dentist and top of the line technology and equipment!
