I requested a dental whitening product and informed staff that OTC products resulted in excessive and sometimes painful sensitivity. Regardless of my request, Dr Hubbell sold me an expensive whitening product which had the same painful result after only one application. When I contacted the office they refused to offer a solution, only suggesting another product which Might numb the pain. Very poor customer service!

I started going to this office as a patient of Mr. Dr. Hubbell. I was very pleased with my dental work and especially crowns. I returned one day and received service from Mrs. Dr. Hubbell. The crown came off within a month. Since then it has never fit correctly and is constantly uncomfortable. I am now changing dentists.
About Hygienist: Hygenist was excellent.

Hubbell's office ROCKS! I come here with my children for prophylactic care and have had cosmetic work done on my teeth. This office is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and happy and you can tell they like to work there. The hygienists are GREAT and know their stuff; and are good patient educators. David Hubbell does fantastic 'cosmetic' work, he enjoys his work and is a perfectionist at doing what he does; has a great sense of humor (which helps with the dentist anxiety that i've had pretty much all my life). In fact, I no longer 'fear' going to the dentist since i've been going to Hubbell Famly Dentisty. The only drawback is that HFD does NOT accept insurance. However, they will file for you and keep you posted regarding insurance decisions. This is a big help.
I think his prices are a little high, but I will pay for that if I am reasonably assured that I won't pick up some nasty infection or get botched up dental work or have to deal with staff that doesn't care whether i go there or not. I rate Hubbell Family Dentistry A+++
