Dr. Chu is the best and only dentist I am truly comfortable with...For many years, I knew I had issues with my teeth, but the sound sof the drills and fear I had have finally been replaced with an amazing dentist, Dr. Li Chu and his truly supportive staff. I had multiple cavities, over 5, and a tooth which cracked and needed to be extracted and cleaned and also needed an implant to say the least. I have decent insurance and Dr. Chu and his staff worked with me to develop a simple schedule to start fixing my teeth several months ago. Dr. Chu was thorough in his exams and procedures and I knew he was being very diligent and thoughtful. My teeth have never felt better...I am very, very happy....At first, I walked in because of the great reviews my friends told me and now I know it is important for everyone else to know how wonderful this dentist and his staff are....First, I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in over 7+ years and then Dr. Chu cleaned and filled my many cavaties...After that, I had my 1/2 broken tooth extracted and I can tell how much time and care he took into cleaning out the infected area and the care when adding the bone implant. My teeth and myself have never felt nor been better and I truly thank Dr. Chu!

This office takes months till they can fit you into their schedule for an appointment. They recently called and canceled an appointment I had waited months for and then could not reschedule me until 15 weeks later. They do not send reminder cards in the mail -- which I personally appreicate. Lastly, I had a billing problem during one of my visits where they over charged my cc by double the contract amount. I do not know if they would have caught the error but I did. I was unable to be corrected at that time so I was forced to follow-up and make sure the billing correction was made. It was.

Dr. Chu is very pleasant, although his dental technique is a bit rough. My family members and I experienced some general soreness after a simple cleaning and exam. The practice is a one dentist practice and the office staff doesn't seem to be particularly customer service oriented. Overall, a rather average experience. We have chosen to go with another dentist in the area.

This dentist is very nice, but wore a dirty t-shirt. This made me feel very uncomfortable. A white coat or scrubs would look more professional and clean.
