Dr. Dinh is great. She is super nice, considering and professional. She explained the treatment plan and procedures very thoroughly, and answered every question clearly and patiently. All the staffs are very friendly.
Dr. Dinh's clinic office is very organized and clean. It makes people feel comfortable. There are lots of books and magazines, and comfortable sofa. And her card is lovely.
She is the best dentist that I've had. And I'd recommend her to all my friends in Houston.
About Front Desk: Her receptionist Kythryn is great too. She went through with me the cost of each treatment clearly. And she is helpful all the time.

About Hygienist: Her assistant Crystal is very helpful, patient, and great to talk to. And another girl who polished my teeth during the cleaning is very nice too. She is very gentle. And she explained every step of what she's doing, which feels professional and reliable.

Relax atmosphere and very professional staff. Treatments are gently and keeping patient comfortable is always a first concern. Cost is reasonable and discuss in advance so no surprises. I fully recommend Dr. Dinh to friends and family.

This dentist is a joke! She had me looking worse than when I went in. Don't be fooled by her swanky office, she is truly inexperienced. It took her 6 months to complete my dental work. She cracked a tooth I paid nearly $600 for and she felt bonding it was sufficient. Overall, the quality of work is very poor. I have pics posted of before and after. A complaint was submitted to the Dental Board. I was told due to the high volume of complaints regarding this dentist, she and her practice is being watched closely. I would highly advise anyone not to waste their time or money going to this dentist, because she needs more training. I've since had all the work she screwed up redone by a highly skilled, more qualified cosmetic dentist. It surprised me how they were aware of her below par work and have corrected a high number of her unsatisfied patients.

The office staff was unprofessional--taking personal calls while I waited, for example. Dr. Dinh messed up several shots before deadening my teeth sufficiently. The crown she gave me fell off and now has to be redone.
Dr. Dinh stopped to breastfeed her baby in the middle of one of my procedures.

Dr.Dinh and her staff were very courteous. I got a through cleaning and check up in a relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr. Dinh to anyone.

I went to Dr. Dinh after reading her glowing reviews online, and since her office is conveniently located. It's true, her office decor is very stylish and modern, the receptionist and assistants are kind, and the doctor is efficient and adept at what she does. Her cool, no-nonsense bedside manners kind of put me off, but I thought nothing of it. As long as she does the job well and is professional, I'm ok. But my last visit to her was shocking.
Granted, this was near the end of the day so she wants to go home sooner than later. But her bedside manners were deplorable and very unprofessional. When she was making the filling, I kept on swallowing because a piece of gauze inside was tickling my throat. But instead of stopping her work to ask me if I was ok, she kept on asking annoyingly "Why are you swallowing? I have to do this over again each time you swallow" while she kept on prodding my mouth with the tools. Afterwards, when I was supposed to chew down on a piece of paper to see if the filling was done right, she said impatiently to me "Why aren't you listening to me?" like I was a child when I wasn't chewing down as fast as she wanted. Even her assistant helping looked at her in surprise of how she was talking to me.

Dr. Dinh is extremely meticulous about the work she provides. I was very pleased with her and her staff. The front desk is friendly and helpful, and the assistant's are efficient and pleasant. Would recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr Dinh provides a exceptional service BAR NONE Her expertise and passion to do quality work is felt each and every time I visit. I highly recommend scheduling a office visit with her for a routine cleaning or whitening. I ensure you will not be disappointed!

The worst dental experience of my life. I received an ill-fitting crown that was painfully inserted. The process damaged one of my other teeth. I paid for the most expensive option of crowns, and they damaged it when they put it in so that you can see the underlying metal. When I asked about this, the dental assistant told me that it was the tape they used to fit the crown and it would go away. You can still see it a year later! I am now being treated by a different dentist.

She is great. I've had wisdom teeth pulled, and I didn't even know it. I've had teeth bonded, and they turned out great. I've had my teeth whitened, and nothing else compares. She has given me a Hollywood smile!
