The most "on-time" service provider I have dealt with. If you have a 10:30 appointment you are in the chair at 10:30. Not an inexpensive service provider but one that will look for alternatives to expensive service. For example, saved a molar by "rebuilding" it where I think most dentists would have just put a crown on.

He is great. You cannot go wrong with Frank. He is very thorough and if he feels you need a specialists to review your situation, he will refer you out. Honest, sincere, and top flight!
