Don't expect customer service after your procedure Pay your bill & don't bother us. service is'nt in their "protocols"

They will overcharge you.
They will mess up your teeth. (Dr. McKendall)
They will tell you need much more work than you actually do. (All)
They won't fix the bad work they do. (Dr. Goodall and Dr. McKendall)
They will actually charge you to fix it. (Dr. Goodall)
When you finally leave, they will find something else to charge you with so they continue to harass you for leaving them.
I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone and I am writing in hopes that my experience helps someone else avoid the huge mistake I made in choosing them.
If you want to keep your teeth and your money, go somewhere else - please.

Although my experience with Dr. Goodall's skills as a dentist are limited, I have had some work done by her partner. His skills are top notch, both in terms of quaility of treatment, and a pain-free experience.
The atmosphere at the office is relaxed, and the staff is helpful. The cost are about average for the area.

I used to have a fear of going to the dentist due to past bad experiences from childhood. Dr. Goodall is very gentle and patient. Her staff is caring and professional. I even look forward to going to the dentist now! (Well, almost!) I definitely don't dread it anymore! I always recommend her to friends and family and everyone loves her.

Staff Hygienists are very experienced, Have had a total of 3 Crowns done over the 7 years, Have Safeguard HMO plan so the cost is reasonable for the procedures, basically all my work done with this dentist had been painless, and I myself hate going to the Densist, latest equipmemt and excellent staff and customer service if you have a problem, highly recommend.

Dr. Goodall and her staff use the latest technology tools. She and her staff create a very relaxing and restful climate during dental visits. Every step of our dental visits runs smoothly. They also have a wonderful view of Houston from the patient's chairs. I would recommend Dr. Goodall to anyone who has worries about visiting the dentist. She's wonderful.

Dr Goodall always greets you with a smile and has been very good in dealing with my children who have been less than enthused with going to the dentist.
Dr. Goodall is very thorough and has all of the latest technology. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Goodall keeps up on all the latest technology and practices for the best, pain free dental care. She has wonderful bedside manner. You will enjoy your dental visit - hard to imagine? The most pleaseant experience you can have at a dentist office.

Excellent dentist. The staff is very professional. They NEVER overbooked their patients. They are always waiting on my arrival and I am always early. I feel that they are very honest about the work that needs to be done. I can't really rate the cost because I use insurance. They use high tech equipment that makes the expereince less painful and quick. They are very attentive to the patient's needs and pain level. I recently changed dental plans just so I could keep this dental office. If all dental offices were like this, people wouldn't be afraid of the dentist.
