Dr. Hilton has done denistry on my daughter and I for the last several years. He is very conservative and will not do unnecessary dental work. He will always work up a treatment plan and takes most PPO insurances. He also takes Care Credit, which helps out a lot! His bedside manner is usually direct, but is understanding about any decision you make on getting your dental work done.His office staff is great!!! They don't even mind holding your hand if it gets scary. There's usually not a long wait to get an appointment for regular services (about a week or less) and you don't have to wait hours in the waiting room either. I would recomend this dentist to anyone. He's great!

I have had a few cavities and cleanings from Hilton. My early experiences were not good, but I didn't want the trouble of changing my dentist. Recently, he botched a few fillings for me, which were causing significant and increasing pain in the week after the fillings. He said that the pain in that area was coincidental and had nothing to do with the work he did. After 2 additional visits he insisted there was no problem but referred me to a specialist (which my insurance didn't cover). Happily, we got everything corrected there. His patient interaction is terrible, unless you like listening to him talk about his boat. He often leaves the room after the procedure without saying goodbye: I often wasn't sure if I was done or ready to leave. Also, he is generally unprofessional: a tracheotomized cowboy whose official business card has a picture of a boat next to his tacky email address: "capndoc69". Classy. His attitude towards patients extends to much of his staff who seem disinterested and put out. However, the receptionist is warm and friendly. Even the cleanings are poor -- one time I had to ask him to use the toothpaste. There are a lot of dentists in Houston. Pick someone else.

He is a great and caring dentist! His staff is always nice and helpful, would definitely him recommend to anyone.

he is always in a hurry , will be working with 2-3 patients at the same time, when he was done he just left to see other patients, i had to ask the assistant any questions which she would go back and forth with the doctor to answer any questions . will not sit and discuss in detai ,l does not like questions,his office will accept discount plans but his prices are the same with or without discount plans.

Dr Hilton and his staff are fabulous! They make every effort to make sure you are comfortable and pain free. The staff are cheerful and professional and make every visit a pleasure! I recommend him to all my clients relocating from out of town!

Great dentist - he and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I rated cost very cheap because of my insurance so I am not sure what the prices would be without it.

Dr. Hilton is an excellent, experienced dentist. I've moved out of town twice and returned, so I've experienced several other dentists, and he's the best. In fact, he's had to redo work done by at least two other dentists. My periodonist said Dr. Hilton does excellent crown work, and one crown Hilton did precluded me from having to have a gum graft. Dr. Hilton is friendly, calm, confident in his work--and painless. I've referred several friends who also like him very much. His staff is great, and very customer service oriented.

Dr. Hilton did my extractions painlessly, and his staff treated me very well. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Hilton is the best dentist that I've had. I had two root canals done by him and I did not feel a thing. I had heard so many horror stories of root canals that I was extremely nervous. I did not even have to use the gas because he made me feel that comfortable. I highly suggest using him.
