Had appointment scheduled had to wait more than an hour for assistant to haphazardly take blood pressure - cuff didnt work on first try and they kept taking it with the same arm even though I explained that repeated attempts on the same arm would give false results. Assistant said bp could only be taken in the left arm... Then left me in chair to address a patient that was 2 hours late for their appointment. then said due to elevated blood pressure they would do my filling without anesthesia and left me to sit in the chair for an undetermined amount of time.. decided to leave - will find a dentist that has more concern about patients.. Had a root canal and cap done at this practice 6 months earlier by a dentist no longer at this practice - he was great - will locate him for any further care needed ... also noted that they had other patients that they said they could do the xrays but not the needed dental work that day...and they would have to come back .. front desk receptionist is very rude.
