Very stressed, not very kind, and did not adequately address my concerns.

About Front Desk: Mixed up my appointments, so I had to come in to the office for a procedure for a third time.

been going to dr.jones for many years. She is very knowledgeable

Dr. Jones is the best and I have nothing but great things to say. She is so knowledgeable and even has her Masters of Dentistry which very few dentists have. She provides the highest quality of dentistry. Most of all she is honest and extremely caring. She wants the best for her patients. I am so happy with my beautiful smile. She has been my dentist for many many years and I have always been seen promptly and on time. She was extremely patient with me because I had a lot of questions and was scared. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and make me feel comfortable with everything. I have had a crown done, several filings, whitening and a night guard that has provided tremendous relief from irregular sleep and headaches. I will continue to go to Dr. Jones and highly recommend her to others for years to come.

About Front Desk: Front office staff is extremely helpful with make appointments explaining insurance and my costs. Everyone is so pleasant and has a warm smile. They helped to relieve my anxiety about having treatment done.

About Hygienist: Hygienist is always been warm, friendly and reassuring. She makes sure I am comfortable and at ease. My teeth always feel very clean after being seen.

The office staff was great, the doctor however is a whole different story. What ever you do, don't question this doctor, she's liable to flip out on you. I won't even think about going back after this last visit.

Very friendly and comptetent dentist. Her front office staff and heigenist area also very friendly and competent.

Fabulous Dentist - extremely expensive. Service can run behind, sometimes I will wait 45 minutes past my appointment, but everyone is friendly and the facilities are perfect!

Not consistent with diagnosis. Initially was told teeth were fine then they called back and was told I needed a crown.

I had a cleaning and the dental hygenist was really nice and gental . Dr.Jones is really nice and did a really good job at filling my cavities, They are not sensitive. Her staff is REALLY NICE and I dont have to wait when I go. I also called several times the day before my tratment and the receptionist was really nice and she listened to my worries and calmed me.IT was a very pleasant experience for a very nervous girl!!!

Dr.Jones is a true professional. Its not expensive for regular dentistry if you have insurance.She does excellent work and does not ever do a procedure she does not see absolutely necessary. She does excellent cosmetic dentistry -but it is expensive. Her staff is great!They always accomodate my needs and give me appointments immediately.
