Waited 35 minutes to be seated, then another 15 until I finally left because despite sending several emails of my x-rays we were unable to obtain them properly. I would have kept trying but I was treated rudely, and when I asked if I would be seen soon because I needed to get back to work Dr. Claudia said with a smile "well, what do you want me to do about that?" The 35 minutes of me waiting to be seen could have been utilized by trying to figure out where my X-rays were. I called that morning to let them know I was emailing them - there's no reason that they shouldn't have been able to figure out they were not received until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I emailed them several more times and had the staff verify I was spelling the email correctly, but I was still treated with disdain and annoyance. This was by far the worst dentist experience I have ever had, and no dental work was even done! I will definitely be warning my friends and co-workers of the treatment. The professionalism here was non-existant on my visit, and I hope they treat other customers better.

Dr. Manisck, is a great dentist. She is what you call a perfectionest. Her filling and crowns are always done perfect. Thanks Dr Manisck.

I am a person who has great difficulity going to the dentist based on tramatic experiences with dentists during my childhood. For years I have had dental insurance but I never could bring myself to go on a regular basis. Consequently, I have a great deal of work to do. Fortunately I have found a dentist in Houston who has changed my outlook about dentists and my own dental health.
Dr. Manisck is one of the most professional, thourogh and compassionate people that I have met in years of dealing with health care professionals. In addition to being an excellent dentist she is very concerned with my overall since of confort when I visit her office. She goes through great lengths to insure that my bite is correct after each proceedure and has taken time to work me in when I experienced disconfort although I did not have an appointment. I could go on singing her praises but I will sum up by saying this: if you are a person who needs an excellent dentist, one who is proficient in the latest technology, is located in an office that is efficient, upscale and professionally run, then you are looking for Dr. Claudia Manisck.
