I simply cannot get a call back from this dental office. When you leave them a message after hours asking them to call you back (I kinda forget during the busy workday), they respond with a TEXT MESSAGE and never call you back! Then when you finally get a chance to tell the dentist, he says "oh I'm so sorry, that's unacceptable and I'll have a talk with them," the office staff responds with yet another text message! Someone needs to teach these people the meaning of hard work, and the value of having a job!
About Front Desk: Tried to push me into having extra services I could not afford (and which I apparently did not yet need, or the dentist would have said so!).

Wife and I have gone to Dr Orlando for over 16 years. When we retired, we moved to east Texas. We still return to Houston every 6 mo. to see him. We have had excellent success and trust him completely with our dental care. By the way, Houston is getting HUGE.
About Front Desk: Courteous and always friendly and helpful.
About Hygienist: Very thorough. Teeth feel very clean after cleaning.

Bad customer service. The dental hygienist was very rude and the facility is very unfriendly to kids. Very small cramped facility and poor service.
