Very good staff and supportive dentist. She listens to my concerns and puts me at ease.

About Front Desk: Very helpful with my insurance as well as making appointments.

About Hygienist: Very knowledgeable hygienist. She really wants to educate me on my overall health.

This was the worst dental experience I've had as an adult. I found the dentist to be rude, impatient and not very sensitive to her patient's needs. She was overheard yelling at another patient over the phone then came in to do my teeth and yelled at me for breaking my nightguard within the first six months (when it's under warranty) because she had to make a new one and not charge me. She wasn't good at explaining any necessary procedures and just had poor personal skills overall. Going to the dentist is scary enough, one doesn't need a mean dentist on top of that.

About Hygienist: Adept at her job, friendly, talkative.

The consultation was sincere and professional. Dr. Price made some recommendations and encouraged me.

About Front Desk: Cheryl was absolutely a delight. Very personable yet professional. She seemed to assist the Hygienist well and had a great attitude.

About Hygienist: Sherry was a bit rough at first but she listened to my concerns and adjusted her technique. This was important to me.

Inconsiderate wait time on more than one occasion. I heard talking on the phone with her own personal health insurance company for 30 minutes--which was why she was 30 minutes late for my appointment. Another time I had to wait over 45 minutes while she had a meeting with a Sonicare sales rep. Just really rude in demeanor on top of that.

cleanings, fillings, does not try to sell you work you do not need. always helpful and great office staff

On time service with minimal wait... direct and to the point to getting things done. Appreciate the kind and thorough bed side manner that Dr Price and her team give. Would recommend to a friend.
