I am a new patient to Dr. Johnson's office, and I'm not impressed. The exam and cleaning are done in two separate appointments. My exam was scheduled at 4:00 but I didn't see the Dr. until 4:50. That is a ridiculously long wait time! After spending 50 minutes waiting, he only saw me for 5 minutes. Dr. Johnson seems very nice, but I felt uneasy in his office. It didn't feel welcoming. I don't think I'll be scheduling an appointment with him in the future.
About Front Desk: The front desk receptionist could've been friendlier.

I had several root canals done by Dr. Johnson. Completely pleased with results. I also go 3-4 times a year for cleaning and check-up. Dr. Johnson thoroughly explained and followed up on my procedures. Hygenists make sure things are going well for me; they are professional, and competent. I do have a dental plan, but no dental work is cheap, so I would say the cost is comparable to other offices. I would definitely recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff.
