You know that unusual feeling you get where you walk into a doctor's office and everyone is nice because they are confident in what they do? Well, I didn't know what that felt like until I walked in here. All the staff is top notch. The lady that took my X-rays was also training another technician but she was patient and not overbearing.
And Dr. So himself - what a burst of sunshine! He's great. Super bright personality, and I trusted his intentions immediately. He said that he prefers to be conservative in his treatments, which I appreciated very much.
About Front Desk: Super efficient and friendly staff who gave me my insurance/out-of-pocket estimates by the time I walked out the door. Simply awesome!
About Hygienist: This was the best part - Dr. So himself did the cleaning! He was efficacious.

Dr So was very professional and veery pleasant. I found that I prefer the office in Westchester to the Downtown office. I did not have insurance the first time I went to Dr. So's office and they were very reponsive and worked with me on my payment.
