Dentist + Artist + Techy = Dr. Palmira Testa at River Oaks Dental Arts...
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a thorough hi-tech dental examination in my life! At 54 years of age it’s apparently even more important to know what’s going on in your mouth. Per the education I received yesterday, dental issues can cause all sorts of problem throughout our bodies… who knew!
My regular dentist fixed a chip front tooth a few months ago that broke again and that’s why I decided to try someone else and was recommended to visit River Oaks Dental Arts. Outside of the shoddy work on my chipped front tooth, my regular dentist did not point out any of the issues I apparently have after his questionable examination.
In short, seeing is believing and Dr. Testa not only showed me what immediate concerns I should have, she also pointed out things that are in progress that will become expensive issues down the road if not addressed now.
As unnerving as it can be in a dentist chair, I want to thank Dr. Testa and her staff for the comfortable, educational, and hi-tech evaluation I received during my visit. I highly recommend River Oaks Dental Arts to all my friends and family members whether you have a regular dentist or not!

Dr. Testa and her team are nothing short of amazing. I came in being very anxious and the staff spent a ton of time with my practice introduction. The hygienist spent so much time explaining every aspect of what she was doing and so patient with me. Dr. Testa then presented the findings and then really took the time to explain what everything meant. I am looking forward to the case presentation for my restorative and cosmetic procedures next week. I would refer Dr. T. and her team to anyone and I have been in the dental industry for 16 years! Thanks to Dr. Testa and her team!!!!!! Greg

I have gone to River Oaks Dental Arts for years! The one time I decided to go to another doctor who was closer by to where I live, even though they were less expensive and the doctor was nice enough, I got what I paid for. He spent less then a minute with me and my cleaning took 10 minutes tops! A couple of weeks later, after seeing him, I had an unbearable tooth pain , so I had gone to see Dr. Testa. They found that my molars had fractured through out and showed me the pictures. I could not only feel the pain but saw the source of it with my own eye, even though my insurance fought us tooth and nail to cover it (Punn intended). She took care of me with ease and I never felt the shot she gave me to numb my mouth. I do NOT think she a "used car salesman" but is being honest and tries to prevent having to return so quickly. Those doctors who do not do anything because they know it is a battle to fight insurance for reimbursements to cover the procedure are the ones who are the "used" salesman because they get you when you have to come back and your are in pain.

Not the cheapest but I don't care she is one of if not the best dentists in town. Everything I have had done (a lot of work over the years) with her has lasted which is not something I could say with previous dentists.
When I have had to visit endodontist to fix some issues left unaddressed by previous dentists they have all comment on her work.

About Hygienist: Daisy generally takes care of my cleanings and does a great job. On top of that I don't think I've ever seen her not happy.

I've been going to Dr. Testa for about 10 years and have nothing but the highest regard for her and her staff. They're a little more expensive than the average dentist, but if you want an "average" dentist, be my guest. Best experience I've ever had. Period.

I've hated going to the dentist until I met Dr. Testa. My time in her office passes quickly and ususlly I'm laughing when I leave. Dr. Testa is dedicated and extremely professional and concerned about her patients. Her work is spectacular. I have and do recommend Dr. Testa.

I had some bonding done on my upper 8 teeth and wow! it has made suuch a dramatic difference in my smile and confidence. Her work is beautiful and she is very detail-oriented. I would not go anywhere else or be seen by anyone elde. Her staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hygienist was awesome as well. Had to share this!

She knows her stuff, but she upsells like crazy. She recommended more work than other dentists said we needed. Her high prices reflect her fancy office. We used her once, but won't be back.

Teeth cleanings were great. If you are tense you can get the laughing gas to calm the nerves and dull the pain. Dr. Testa was always concerned with the comfort of the patient. Dentist wasn't on my insurance so it got a bit pricey.
