my daughter went to this hateful uncaring dentist as a child and was treated very bad. This dentist has no compassion or understanding for children, she is rude, cold and uncaring. I would never suggest anyone go to this cold b*tch!!

Dentures were done for my mother. Staff not very friendly. Office not very fancy, but ok not very high tech.When you first walk in the office theres windows where you can't even see if someone is at front desk and maybe they can't even see patients you have to knock on window in order to get the help. Waiting wasn't much like probably other places. I loved that Dr. Spoke English and Spanish she is the person who explains treatment plan which is ok better understanding. I know dentures could take various visits, but I think the most important is for a dentist is to make the patient happy about the procedure. The last visit for my mother was to deliver her dentures which she wasn't very happy about it the dentures fit ok, but the teeth looked huge like a male's teeth. Not happy at all with results. .. I do work at a dental office where we do care about patients and we make them feel like home I would never let a patient leave the office not satisfied we do care about patients opinions, comments, referrals, reviews.We also offer payment plans to help our patients. Thank God I work for a dentist my mother will get her next set of dentures something she will like and feel comfortable to talk with.
About Front Desk: Staff was helpful, but I think they can improve.

I love Dr. T and her staff. She did my root canals and crowns for less than half of what Castle Dental wanted to charge me. It was pain free and I have been going to her ever since. The office is not state of the art, but you have your own private room and the facilities are always clean. I have no complaints about her practice.
