office is close. take over by someone else. he blames his nurses when problems occur. not very professional. he will charge for service not done. please check your bill!

Doctor and staff seem disconnected. Assistant wanted to let me go home, without adjusting the crown height. When we took the impression, Dr. Koo was already gone, and the assitant had not clue what to do. I asked her to call him.
During the several month process of different treatments, they changed payment options on me.
Assistants unexperienced. E.g. they took many many x-rays until Dr. Koo was satisfied with the picture. Seem to be insensitive to the extended exposure to radiation I had to go through.
I cannot recommend this doctor. For your healths sake, you should find someone else.

Dr. Koo took care of a fractured molar and two crowns. He was courteous, professional and very patient centric.
I am a difficult patient due to bad experiences in the past w/dentists. He made me 100% confortable and structured his treatment plan to address my specfic requirements. Office staff was courteous and polite.
In reading the other posts, I don't agree with the negative remarks.

Dr. Koo is ethical and provides quality care for his patients. Dr. Koo has gone above and beyond any other dentists that I have ever encountered. He is professional and informs the patient of necessary treatments and does an outstanding job. Other dentists comment on the quality of work he performs. His office staff greets with a smile and asks many questions to see how I am doing. The last time I was in, I was chilly and they gave me a blanket. Dr. Koo is so careful when doing his work. I was so comfortable, I could have taken a nap. I highly recommend Dr. Koo to anyone needing dental services.

This office is very expensive and has a very rude staff. The Dr. has no idea what is going on in the business end of his office, and his staff is going to run him in to the ground

charged for service not provided and refused to correct it. nurses are rude and un-informed. He doesn't file insurance claims when charging for service not rendered.
