Procedure-root canal
Failed miserably; caused excruciating pain by adding complication of severing puncturing the root
Failed to refer me to specialist when complications were foreseeable according to dental assistant
Greedy office, scheduled appointments very close together and caused dentist to have excessive anxiety and time restriction.
Office manager is wife and has no manners, even when her husband caused damage to patient
Dentist still practices even though suffered stroke in past and has unsteady hands. Beware!!!!

Dr. Long has been our family dentist for many years. His facility is bright, comfortable and not the least intimidating. You are greeted with a cheerful smile by a compassionate and personable staff. Dr. Long is ethical, timely and most professional in all aspects of treatment. Whether it is having our bi-annual checkups or other treatment, his concern is for our health and well-being. He is sensitive to needs and treats his patients with respect, gentle care and soothing words. Crown procedures were done without pain during or after the process. All treatment was thoroughly explained before beginning any procedure. Insurance is handled by his office team and appointments are easily made. Dignity and comfort for all patients is plainly evident upon entering his facility.

Great staff, Great Dr. , nice, and explanes and shows you the probles,real honest... perfectionist .... I Did my lumineers here they look great..... love his work and wouldn't trust anyone else with my smile... :)

Dr. Long is a highly skilled dentist. He takes time to explain all options and does a thorough diagnosis. He has the latest equipment and procedures available. The staff is top notch too. I highly reccommend him.

Other than that they are very expensive, it was a overall good experience and a very nice staff.
