I have only good things to say, so I will leave it at this. After leaving the area I've had several dentists that have flat out said they could not duplicate his work
About Hygienist: If you want to be treated like a king, this is the place

The doctor yelled at his staff in front of me, walk off during my treatment and was very abrasive with my procedure. I experienced pain and discomfort after getting my crowns done. Maybe its just me but if its done right I shouldn't have to come back a couple of times to stop having pain.

I have been going to the Smile Spa for over a year now. I normally just go for the usual cleaning and an occasional facial but after my last cleaning I was so impressed with the new staff that I'm going back for whitening and bringing a friend along for the same! I have also referred my brother who is getting some major dental work done by doctor Malek. Dr.Malek is a very good dentist and has taken great care of my brother. His bedside manner and expertise is amazing. I now look at the Smile Spa as something way more than just a dental office. It's a great, friendly place not only for cleanings but for relaxation and and dental work ranging from reconstructive to merely aesthetic.

This experience in my life with this dentist was about the worst I had to deal with ever. He gave me so much anxiety, I am not sure I will ever go to a dentist again. Please seek another denistist besides this one. He just wants your money.

I moved back to Tucson after living back home in Chicago and not enjoying the economy there and rough winters. A hockey player all my life and coach for the past ten years, I lost 8+ teeth due to pucks to the face and also cracked teeth at the gum line. I have never seen such professionalism in a Dentist or office staff before anywhere. I walked in, and was greeted with a smile by the lovely lady at the front desk and was offered any drink of choice on their beverage menu(My strawberry smoothie was epic!) The Doc informed me with such calmness about the implant procedure that my fears of Dentists since childhood quickly vanished and his calmness really did make me calm.
4 implants each in two visits, then a follow up to ensure everything is ok, bite feels great, and no pain, I dont think I could ever go to anyone else. Plus I got a great massage after my check up and my girlfriend got a facial massage while she waited. This place has everything all in one. Terrific staff, a dentist that actually cares about his patients and the health of their mouths, and several services in one place. No wonder its called the Smile SPA.
About Hygienist: Brittany Hatch was awesome. Awesome period. Extremely professional and very nice, explained why cleanings are so important and the right way to clean when having implants. Manners were on the spot, she was extremely gentle, I have found a home at the Smile Spa.

Dr. Malek was very thorough and took the time to explain each step of his recommended treatment. The other dentist's in the area just referred me out to other offices. At the Smile Spa I was able to get everything done at once including my cleaning, xrays, implants and crowns. It was so nice to see a great staff with a spectacular office provide me with the best service I have seen in years.
About Hygienist: Brittany was the Hygienist I saw at the office. I enjoyed having her clean my teeth in a timely fashion while she educated me on everything I did. Its amazing how she always remembers what we talked about last time I saw her, its a special little touch she adds to the visit.
