I went in for a normal cleaning and check up as this was my first visit to Dr. Ray. It was such a great office experience I told all my friends about how wonderful Dr. Ray was and the service I received. I was even going to move my children from their current dentist to Dentistry by RSE. Unfortunately, I received a bill in the mail because the $300 my insurance company had already paid did not cover the bill for cleaning/xrays. They did not break any contract and I realize this was in the paperwork when I initially went in, but I can't bring myself to use them for myself and my kids if they they don't write off small balances after receiving a large insurance payment. I can't imagine how much any actual procedures would have cost me. Be sure to ask for an estimate of services prior to making your appointment.
About Hygienist: Amber was so great (as is Dr. Ray). She was thorough and very sweet. They both made my experience in the office very pleasant.

Dr Charlie is a top notch denist with impecable chair-side manners. He practices pain free denistry and he is a true master. He handles all procedures minus oral surgery. I have had braces, pulled teeth and many fillings over the years through him. He probably takes most normal insurance but no discount insurance or plan.
