I had veneers put on 6 front teeth and 2 crowns. I chose the color and the crowns were put on first. I questioned the color of the veneers as they looked gray instead of the cream shade of the crown but was told it was my imagination or the lighting.
Several months later I brought it up to the hygientist. She checked, and confirmed that the veneers were in fact not the color that had been ordered. Dr Hon said he would make it right. I later found out what he meant was I would pay for the new veneers and he would put them on. I've also had problems with the crowns falling off, and one of the front veneers as well. Dr. Hon is very nice and has a good chairside manner, but his refusal to rectify the mistake was very disappointing as I had spent thousands of dollars to get what I hoped would be the look I wanted. It's a lot of money to not get what you paid for (still paying for as it went on a credit card.
About Hygienist: All the girls in the office are great! I concluded Dr. Hon is a good guy as they all seemed to have genuine affection for him.

Very nice staff, Dr. Hon can give you a shot that doesn't hurt!
