More interested in your money then your mouth. More interested in photography then dentistry. Very high staff turnover, very low respect for business managers and front desk staff. Expensive and not worth the money- go to a kind dentist who cares about his patients !!!

My children and I have been going to Dr. McMaster for several years and I just can't say enough about how wonderful each and every interaction we have had with the doctor and his staff has been. They are extremely communicative, personable and professional.
We all moved out of the area (myself and one of my teens moved to the east coast and the other moved to Northern AZ) about a year ago, but I've had both of my kids visit Dr. McMaster for their checkups when they've been back in the area to visit. The dentist and staff were, as always, extremely accommodating to take time to see them, although we didn't have a lot of advance notice as to when they would be in town to visit.
The office is state-of-the-art and clean. Dr. McMaster really takes time to address every concern and is extremely professional and caring.
We will be hard-pressed to find a dental offices in our new areas with as much integrity as Dr. McMaster and his staff. We plan to continue to see him for checkups whenever we are back in Tucson for visits. They really take their time and do exactly what they believe is best for their patients.

I began having Dr. McMaster do my dental work in 1986 when I was living in Tucson. I moved to the Phoenix area in 1987 where I still reside. I have driven to Tucson for the past 22 years to have my dental/periodontal work done by Dr. McMaster and his staff; I just wasn't interested in having anyone else do the work. Dr. McMaster, his hygienist Ramona, and the rest of his staff are caring, first-rate health providers. I highly recommend this team.

Everyone in the office is very professional, polite and friendly. Everyone is very patient with explaining all procedures. You are always comfortable during all treatments and procedures. It has been the best dental experiences I have ever had.
About Hygienist: Both Hygienists do a great job. They have years of experience. Are friendly and explain what they are doing and make good suggestions on how to treat your teeth between cleanings.

I feel extremely at ease at Dr. McMaster's office. From the moment you enter the office, you are welcomed and treated as a guest. While in the chair, every step is taken to make sure I am comfortable -- from Bose noise-cancelling headphones and iPods to under-knee pillows. With wonderful chair-side manners, Dr. McMaster and his staff strive to make sure my dental experience is as pain-free as a dental visit can be.
About Hygienist: Ramona Solis is a very warm and friendly hygienist with a thoroughly professional demeanor. She is efficient and gentle, making sure that I understand everything she is doing. I always leave with a feeling that my dental health is her primary interest, yet her chair-side manners have me feeling like a good friend.

Dr. Douglas McMaster completely revamped my upper four front teeth. One required a custom abutment for securing a dental prosthesis to an implant which I received to replace a fractured root. Two others had very old crowns that I was never happy with in the first place. My gums had receded considerably and the structure underlying the crowns was exposed and visible when I smiled. Dr. McMaster removed them, did the post and build up required and worked patiently with me to select my new crowns including shape, color and shading. We decided to put a veneer the fourth tooth primarily to make it a better match to the other three in terms of size and color. Dr. McMaster is without a doubt a perfectionist. His digital photography techniques allow you to virtually see the end result before any real work begins. He's a very personable guy and during my first consultation appointment I knew that I was going to do business with his office. I have no regrets whatsoever. I find myself smiling at people for no particular reason and wondering if they're saying to themselves, "Man, does that guy have nice looking teeth!"

Dr. McMaster gave me the most comprehensive exam and treatment I have ever had. He is thorough, caring and gentle. His staff is helpful, friendly and compassionate.

This is the cleanest, most professional office I've seen. The dentist and hygenist provide indepth information when recommending services. The most recent visit was painfree, even with an injection. Although the cost is high, the care to my mouth is worth it.
