I have been seeing Dr Mullarkey for some 26 years now. (since I was 4ish) When I was a child he was the first dentist I ever saw. When I was a kid there was one time I saw another dentist, whatever that dentist did in my mouth hurt. Dr Mullarkey has been an exceptional dentist over my years as his patient. He is a conservative dentist who will only do necessary work to your mouth. He will not try to do extra work just because he can make more money doing so. Dr Mullarkey is also extremely personable and makes his patients feel at ease. In addition, the whole staff is great and many have them have worked with Dr Mullarkey for years and years including Sandy and Kris at the front desk. Dr Mullarkey is truly an incredible dentist.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist are great and friendly as well. The whole experience is great every time.

For the past 13 years, I have always had regular teeth cleanings at Dr. Mullarkey's (2x annually), as well as a couple cavities filled, a chip repaired & a senstive spot that gets "fake enamel" placed on it from time-to-time. Dr. Mullarkey & the hygienists there (Carol & Angel) are FABULOUS. They have never hurt me & I have never had ANY anxiety about going to my dentist. I even recommended my husband go & he had been deathly against dentists for years until I convinced him about 12 years ago to see my dentist after I'd been going a year already. When he finally got up the nerve to trust my word, he went & Dr. Mullarkey did not disappoint. Now my husband goes regularly for check ups like I do & we both are at great ease knowing we are in such good hands. I would recommend Dr. Mullarkey to anyone. He is a dentistry God-send!
About Hygienist: As mentioned briefly above, the hygienists at Dr. Mullarkey's, Angel & Carol, are both fabulous. They are friendly, gentle, thorough & careful. You really cannot ask for better!

Dr. Mullarkey is a great overall dentist. He has been treating me now for 7 or 8 years. I have seen him for routine cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and bleaching. He is highly professional, and his office staff is courteous. Dr. Mullarkey has a great sense of humor and knows how to make his patients feel comfortable and relaxed. (I can't comment on his pricing because my insurance covers his services.)
About Hygienist: Carole is my hygeinist at Dr. Joseph Mullarkey's office. She has been cleaning my teeth for about 6 years. Carole is personable, gentle, and thorough.

I actually travel from California to Tucson because I trust Dr. Mullarkey and his staff. I know I won't be told I have work done that does not need to be done. The dental hygenists are as professional as they come. Dr. Mullarkey is very knowledgeable and honest. He has an excellent bedside manner. I can't say enough about this wonderfull dentist and his staff!

All of my life I have absolutely hated going to the dentist for any reason. Dr. Mullarkey has completely turned my experience around. He is the nicest, most knowledgeable, most skilled, and most pain free dentist I have ever been to in 47 years. If he moved his practice to another country, I would travel there to use him.
