I started going to Dr. Otto years ago when I was a student at Texas State. He has done extensive work for me over the years. I have gone to him when I had no insurance and when I've had great insurance. He has always tried to work with my financial situation, whatever it might be. The work has always been good and I've never felt like the office was trying to do more work than was needed.
The quality of the work and the comfort of working with Dr. Otto has always been extremely high. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere and high standards of care.

I had broken a tooth and was in severe pain. Dr. Otto was willing to see me the same day and his fees were AWESOME. My dental insurance hadn't kicked in yet.
He now sees all 4 of our children as well. My fiance is getting a cavity fixed next week.
He is very personable and takes his time. No assembly line dentistry here.

He is a no frills dentist, which help keeps the costs lower in my opinion. However, he and his staff are still extremely professional, the environment is very sterile, and we have had nothing but success with him.
He and his staff are also very kid-friendly, and my son has no problem going for his check-ups.
I love the atmosphere because it is not your run of the mill chain dentist office that is overwhelmed with people. You walk into Dr. Otto's and it's quiet and welcoming. He is his own deal and makes his own rules.
About Hygienist: All hygenists he has are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do their job well.

The prices are good, Dr. Otto is laid back. The front desk girl is nice. The assistant was helpful. The treatment scheduler was a bit rude. So all in all you pay for what you get

My first visit was a Wonderful Experience in a warm home setting. The staff was very friendly and I could tell they cared about their patients. Doctor Otto was very nice and really took the time to help me understand my treatment. The Prices were also UNREAL (I spent hundreds less than I would have 1 mile away).... THANKS Doctoroogle!!!!

Went to him to remove one tooth...and plan to go back next week to get a full mouth xray and get evaluated for other work.;-)
