I went to this doctor for a cleaning and exam. He said I needed a root canal and attempted to perform it. I was in horrible pain, he never was able to get it numb yet he kept trying to do the root canal saying "I can't do it, I can't do it"
I left with an open tooth and on my way having to drive clear to austin to get a root canal from the only endodontist in my network that could get me in that day for emergency visit. He was trying to do root canal himself when he clearly was not qualified and should have sent out to a specialist but was too greedy to put the patients needs first.

Office help is horrible. They do not know the first thing about customer service.
Dr. Garza is very nice, but his cosmetic work seems to be lacking a little. He loves to fix things for the short term, while pushing more expensive procedures down the road.
If you want your dental work to last about 6 months, Dr. Garza is the dentist for you.

I had a few fillings and 2 root canals. This office is run like a used car lot. Once I was already sitting in a chair and one of his assistanys had me drive home and get my receipt from another visit. I was there early in the moring once. They all meet and dicuss who is coming in that day for treatment and how much money they can get. They have a person that walks around all day asking asking if they can clean your teeth. I never went back after a few times and would not recommend him to anyone.
