I wish I had known Dr. Bess for as long as he's been in business, he did two crowns on me and I can say there was no pain and the fit was perfect. These two teeth felt like they had been there all along. His chair-side manner was calm, kindly, and I felt that he was completely interested in me and my concerns. I would advise anyone looking for a wonderful dentist to come try him you will be very pleased. I cannot say enough good things about him, sincerely Bonnie McCombs
About Hygienist: The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so gentle and careful when working with my touchy areas. She was kind and humorous which took my mind off of being in a dentist chair. She did a super job and my teeth felt really clean, her name was Cathy Nazarko, well worth trying.

Where has this dentist been all my adult life? He was perfectly painless. He did two crowns for me and when he put them in it was as if they had been there all my life. He didn't have to work to make them fit, they just fit!!!! I've never had work done so well in my mouth! He was kind, considerate, listened to all my fears and needs. I would advise everyone in the Allen and Plano and even Garland area to give him a try. I just can't say enough good things about him. He's super!!! Try him and see if you don't agree. Bonnie McCombs
About Hygienist: Cathy Nazarko is one of his Hygienists, the one that cleaned my teeth. She was thorough, very nice and funny which showed me that she likes her work and her work was very good. My mouth felt clean and she discovered a problem in my mouth that I did not know I had! I take strong meds and they cause "dry mouth", which decayed 3 teeth. How thankful I am to all in Dr. Bess's office, again thank you all.

I am one of Dr. Bess' first patients. He has provided excellent care with great compassion. I have complicated dental issues and have been able to have all my work done by Dr. Bess. I have had numerous extractions, partial and dentures, and maintenance. As we progressed through the procedures I could get in to see the Dr. same day for any adjustments etc. I would highly recommend Eric Bess to my friends.
About Hygienist: This is a sensitive area for me due to sensitivity. I have had no issues or complaints with the Hygienist.

I was on a business trip in Frisco and broke my front tooth cap at around 10pm. The receptionist at the hotel was able to get me Dr. Eric's emergency # and it was the only one available. I called him at 10:30 and he retrned my call within 30mins. Was able to meet him early next morning and get my cap fixed right before my business meeting. He really saved my carreer life in a sense as I could never have gone to my meeting without his help
About Hygienist: Wonderful serv ice beautiful clinic great staff and above all Dr. Eric unlike many dentists is willing to work

Dr Bess is one of the nicest and knowledge people I know. He makes your dental appointments one of the most pleasant experiences ever. His staff is really nice and very welcoming even as a new patient. Dr Bess knows what he is talking about and is a well experienced dentist. I recommend for everyone to go to Dr Bess for your all of your dental work.

Super nice, personable. Addressed my concerns adequately, did not make me feel like he was rushing off to something else. Very nice front desk staff, excellent hygienist.

Dr. Bess put a crown on my last molar in a very hard-to-fit area. He worked very hard to save my tooth and I was very happy to be eating without pain for once.

Wonderful Dentist, I would and do recommend him to anyone! When I first started going to his office I was scared from other previous dental visits. When you walk in to the office you are greated by a wonderful lady named Alma, and it just got better from there, Dr. Bess actually takes the time and care to come and talk to you and make sure you fully understand what is going on. I had my wisdom teeth removed (not by him) and afterward had some complications he let me come in and looked at my teeth and packed them for me and gave me some wash to help care for them, he did not charge me anything. About 6 months ago my dental insurane changed and I had to go to another dentist, after falsely being told I needed work that would cost about $2000, I went back to Dr. Bess who then told me I did not need any of that work. I trust him and will continue to go and see him even though it is no longer covered by my dental insurance. Just knowing that you can have someone that you can actually trust is priceless to me! I would tell anyone who wants a great dentist, someone that you believe will take care of you, I would greatly recommend Dr. Bess and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Bess is very easygoing and great with kids. He is very knowledgable and provides you with all the information you need to make informed decisions. The office staff and hygienists are all very friendly and the prices are quite reasonable.
