I have twice used Dr Epperson for dentures...a total of 2x $5000 for uppers and lowers...yah, $10,000 total! While the fit is impressively excellent, he was either unable to or unwilling to tailor the teeth to actually look like my real teeth...I even brought him photos of my real teeth! I am angry that he would not, though I specifically asked him to, fashion a $5,000 set of teeth to look like my own teeth!!!!!

About Front Desk: First time she was very helpful. Second time not at all...actually pretty much hostile in that she She never contacted me that my dentures were ready because I only paid half of the amount due $2,500 and should have known that I had to pay the other half (like I had paid in full the first time upon delivery?) before the final fitting...I guess she didn't deserve a call when they were ready????

In all my years of going to the dentist I have never felt so comfortable as I do at Dr. Epperson’s office. From the warm welcome I received when entering the front door to the good bye when leaving I was made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Epperson explained every step he was making and utilized measures to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have put off having dental work done because of my fears and anxiety. I am happy to say I have already scheduled my next appointment and am excited to finally have the smile I always wanted. The professionalism and attention to detail I experienced were far above any I have endured in the past. His office staff has been wonderful in making sure I did not have to worry about insurance and I knew upfront what the cost were going to be. I am so thankful I have found Dr. Epperson!!!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff was very welcoming from the minute I entered the office until I said good bye. They worked very hard to ensure I did not have to file my insurance and I knew upfront what the cost were going to be. I am not a very eager patient when it comes to going to the dentist and they made me feel very at ease.

'Results" satisfaction was not listed. While I have gone to him twice for new dentures $5000 a pop, I will never go again...and wish to warn others. First, in fairness, the fit was very good and he modified as needed...I don't need to use goo. However, both times I brought photos of my original teeth and each time he assured me they would look great. Both times he required 50% cash down and balance paid before he fit the final dentures. Both times I got hideous short teeth that didn't come close to my original look. I'm not rich...I'm saving up to go to a real professional who will provide dentures that let me look like myself.

About Front Desk: First time, great...helped me fight my dental insurance company for the money. Second time, attitude...never bothered to call me when my dentures came in and was snotty when I called about it. Previously, I had paid the final balance in cash, the day of delivery.

I have been to several dentists over the past 20+ years in 3 states. Dr. Epperson is the best dentist ever. Dr. Epperson took the time to listen to my concerns and medical issues. My mouth is now the best ever in 20+ years. Dr. Epperson is the definition of a professional. He’s is my dentist for life, period! He should be yours!!!

Review is more about administrative office refusal to return calls on billing. Three attempts to reach them have been futile.

For those who've had bad experiences with dentists, Dr. Epperson will change your mind. Dr. Epperson is extremely thorough and makes his patients as comfortable as possible. I drive miles out of my way to see him, and have done so for over 15 years!

I have been going to see Dr. Epperson since i moved to Texas 3 years ago and my family years before that. He doesn't just clean your teeth. He teaches you how to prevent future problems to save you money. He also knows what going on wit hmy life. I'm not just another patient. I'm part of his little family.

Dr. Epperson is a very nice dentist. He has done my family for the last 8 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Unlike some other dentists I have had in the Dallas area, he does not want to crown a tooth when a filling will suffice. He also does not pressure you into other expensive procedures, unlike other dentists. He is a great dentist for children. He started on my daughters teeth when she was three, and she doesn't mind going to the dentist, even when she needs fillings. His staff is always very pleasant to deal with also. I highly recommend him.

I LOVE Dr. Epperson! My family has been going to him for almost 10 years. The staff is wonderful and treat us like family. The office is always well kept and organized. Dr. Epperson has a great chair-side manner with the patients, and makes me feel at ease (even when I had to get 5 cavities filled at once!). I've never had any bad outcomes and as long as I'm in the metroplex, I will continue to have my teeth taken care of by Dr. Epperson and his staff.
