I only went in for a cleaning, so I didn't have too much experience with him.

I was very satisfied with the service I receivedfrom Dr. Tehrani and his wonderful staff. I haven't gone to a dentist in many years and he made me feel like I was at home. They also do cleanings on the first visit!!! I would recommend everyone to this office
About Hygienist: The hygienist cleaned my teeth very well and I felt no pain at all.

The most comforting experience I have ever had as a dental patient. His injections are unnoticable and pain free. He is highly skilled with great chairside manner. Dr. Tehrani is a friendly, caring and compassionate dentist.
I have recommended his office to everyone I know who is looking for a new dentist or looking to switch dentist.
About Hygienist: She was a highly professional, very calm and caring hygienist, My family and I, are very pleased with quality of care each and every time.

I visited Dr. Tehrani several times and every time he had a different hygenist and a different assistant. The only thing which seemed constant in the office was the receptionist.
He did a couple of crowns for me on upper and lower teeth contacting eachother and with the upper crown I had continous pain for about 6 months. The lower crown still bothers me 2 years later.
Needless to say, after that experience I never went back to his office.

I love Dr. Tehrani; I've been to several dentists in the past few years, and he is by FAR the best in the Dallas/Plano metroplex. He is so knowledgeable, gentle, and kind, but a perfectionist at his technical craft. He did a root canal and re-did several crowns for me that two different dentists had done incorrectly, and I had NO pain, even after the root canal. It doesn't even hurt when he injects the novacaine the first time (unlike other dentists, where the sting is horrid). And the crowns he did look exactly like my teeth and fit perfectly. His skill as a dentist is just on a higher level than any other dentist I've gone to. He told me that some dentists accept mediocrity -- ie., crowns that only last a few years -- but that is absolutely not acceptable to him. I am actually grateful that I have had average to below-average dentists before, or I might never have found Dr. Tehrani, who is SO much better. On top of all that, he has beautiful facilities - light, airy, and spotless -- right off Plano Parkway and a great, friendly staff. I am not easy to please, and I have nothing but extremely positive comments about him. I recommend him most highly, even if you think your dentist is OK, as Dr. Tehrani is far better

Dr. Tehrani has been our family dentist for about 15 years. He is extremely competent. I have taken my kids to him as well. We have never had any problem with any of the teeth he had worked on at all.
I highly recommend him to anyone living in the Dallas/Plano area.

My nine year old son is comfortable enough with Dr. Ahmad to have his teeth worked on without me being there.
