Dr. Fiaz is a good dentist and his staff is friendly. They will stick you with a huge bill that they say the insurance will pay for and then a few months later go oh looks like you owe us $400. I sucked it up and paid them. Then went back in for a routine cleaning and they wanted to charge me a $50 deductible and $13 for my cleaning. I haven't paid them yet. $13 is fine $50 deductible for the heck of it and those nice receptionist can put on a little Jerry Springer swagger if you try to defend yourself. These guys are worse than used car salesmen. They flash you a big smile as they gouge you. Save your cash stay away.

About Front Desk: The staff is nice till they stick you with a ridiculous bill and if you protest they get booted up.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was nice seemed concerned with physical pain. Not so concerned with financial pain.

Don't waste your time. Old Xray equipment, terrible Dr., patient skills. Looking for big pay outs from the insurance company.

I went to Dr. Faiz at the beginning of the summer in 2011 to recememnt a crown. After talking with him for a brief while, I decided to make him my dentist. He filled in my cavities and I have not had problems with the fillings. I then consulted with him to work on my smile, which consisted of taking molds for new crowns for my front teeth. The crowns have completely changed my smile and I feel much more confident now. His staff is super friendly and they make you feel relaxed and make sure you are taken care of. We are now in the process of getting my gums healthy enough for implants. He is an awesome dentist !

About Hygienist: I have been to other dentist where the assistants and hygienists where boredering on rude. Not here. His staff is super friendly and they make you feel relaxed and make sure you are taken care of. These ladies treat you with care and genuine compasion.

since 2005 he has been our family dentist His root canal nd crown he made for me was perfect. I didnt have any problems. He also did braces ( 6month smile) for my son and now he has a beautiful smile

Soooooo not recommended. Made an appointment for my son for a routine checkup and I happened to mention that he had a toothache. I waited over an hour and he just x-rayed the problem area. He was rude and honestly scared my son when he mentioned extracting the tooth. When asked if he was going to exam his other teeth, I was rudely told no and that I needed to make another appointment for that. Hmmm that's a no brainer. Make an appointment and pay someone who is unprofessional??? No!

The waiting to see the doctor or hygentist is always long. They always find so many problems even if there are not any. Yes, I would love to have perfect crowns on all my back teeth , but that is not always affordable even with DMO insurance. Dr. Faiz always cost twice as much and finds something to "fix" everytime I go for a simple cleaning. Please, just clean my teeth and don't try to find something wrong everytime with EVERY member of my family!!!!

This office is pretty bad in filing claims with insurance, causing a lot of stress having to see bills with finance charges. Avoid.

My husband needs extensive work. Dr. Faiz wanted him to see a perio, endo, and oral surgeon, but gave no further instructions. We had a few questions about what needed to be done, and when we called, Faiz refused to advise us on anything. When my husband went in to have a temporary cap put on, Dr. Faiz berated him for getting a root canal done before seeing the other specialists. Apparently he was supposed to get preliminary estimates from the 3 specialists then get work done. This was never explained.

Dr. Faiz is very friendly and the staff is nice as well. I have found they are willing to work with you on payments and their office is very comfortable with flat screen tv's at each examination chair. I HATE going to the dentist, but my experiences with comfort/pain have been good. Dr. Faiz is quick to make sure you are doing ok throughout the exam.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is VERY friendly (probably could have a great conversation with a brick wall...which is good since your mouth is full and you can't respond!) and does an EXTREMELY good cleaning job. The first deep clean I had was pretty intense, but I needed it.

Dr. Faiz has poor patient relations. He is rude. His office staff, however, are great. He has filled some teeth, replaced a crown and put on a new crown. His work is good, but I don't like him personally. It's a little expensive, but the technology is up to date.

About Hygienist: The hygienist in this office are wonderful. Very patient, kind, pleasant.
