I believe "words of mouth". Having visited Dr. Ku for over 7 years and still couldn't fixed my dental problem? They treated me neither courteous nor professional. He is the most expensive dentist I've ever known. All they care is making sure to collect their money before providing any services and it doesn't matter how long you have been a patient there. Only money matters! I had problems with the bridge which was replaced for less than two years. They had to charge me again with regular price in order to get another one replaced. He couldn't explain why the existing one was cracked. Most of the dentists would replace it for free as long as it's within 5 years. He is not only lack of ethics but also unprofessional as a dentist.
It was a nightmare. Thanks to him that I'm able to find a true professional who is not only very knowledgable but also understanding and less expensive.

I've gone to Dr. Ku for well over 10 years. Everyone from the Dr. on down has always been most professional in everything from their attire to their attitude. Dr. Ku uses the most up to date equipment and the surroundings are most patient friendly. Their most concern is for the patients comfort and well being. It always helps to go to a doctor that puts your mind at ease, since you are there for either routine or specialized work. I would recommend Dr. Ku and his staff to anyone needing dental care. Dr. Ku has replaced my old fillings with enamel inlays and also some root canal work. I have not had any problems to date with any of the work done.

i would not trust anyone else! dr ku has serviced my entire family since we moved to the Plano area and I have received great care from his office.

What a pethetic experience. PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE stay away. I went initially for a cleaning, xrays and to get some work done that I knew that I needed to have done. Well to get things started, they have no concept of time at this office. Let me correct myself. The front office staff of Cindy and Sara were exceptional. The friendliest receptionists I have encountered ever at a medical facility. I thought I was at a spa. Well they kept telling the staff that I was there, or whoever was supposed to come get me, via their radios, but whoever was supposed to come get me was not prompt at all; Candace I believe was her name. Now I had to have a peridontal cleaning because supposedly, they wouldn't work on my teeth until they were healthy. She was easily distracted throughout the process, and she had not washed her hair. You would think that if you worked in a dental office, you would have clean hair. I continuously heard the dentist, Dr. Ku having to correct the actions of his asst's. I really couldn't wait to get out of there. When leaving, it was a pleasant experience. I dealt with Cindy who explained everything, and was very courteous. She must have worked on a cruise ship, she was wonderful.
