Dr. Brinkman is very friendly and a good listener. He gave you different options and would not rush to treatments so I know he is not out there just making money but he wants what the best for you.
About Front Desk: All the staffs are very friendly. My wait time is less then 10 minutes

About Hygienist: Hygienist Claudia is very thorough and did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. She spent over an hour working on my teeth. The best I ever had.

Dr. Brinkman is a very nice man. But his staff assured me that they would take care of dealing with my insurance company and that a crown would be covered by my insurance. I even have a fax from his office girl in writing that I would pay $300 and my insurance would pay $300.
After all is said and done, she informs me that I was denied because I hadn't been in the program for 2 years. Well, I did not NEED to get the crown. I could have had a large filing for $65 or so that would have held me until I was covered. I feel like I was misled (deliberately???).
Not to mention that Dr. Brinkman had a difficult time getting my tooth numb, it took repeated shots and I had MUCH pain and stress during the who crown ordeal. The first one didn't fit - I could go on and on. It's the worst time I've ever had at a dentist.
So based on the fact that I now owe another $300 unnecessary dollars and that I suffered through the procedure I give Dr. Brinkman a very, very poor score for customer service, expense, and pain!
Oh, and the crown is still sensitive and bothers me.

Dr. "Jack" was great! He is very warm and calming, and explains everything very well. His staff is very friendly and courteous. The office isn't fancy, but the people make it a great place. I had a root canal, and it was expensive (insurance` covered half), but I am happy with the result. I would recommend this dentist.
