treatment success was marginal. My discomfort was not considered and my anxiety was not addressed by the Doctor AT ALL. His chair side manners were brusque and he is very heavy handed. My mouth was sore for days after I saw him for a small filling.However. I did find the staff to be accomodating , professional and overall a pleasure. The doctor never explained anything to me about my treatment. Although he has a caring, knowledgable staff,I will never give him my business in the future.
About Hygienist: The most thorough cleaning I have ever had. She also put me at ease, was very gentle and explained the process, what I needed to do at home, and how it effected my overall health.

Dr. Briseno put in a bridge with 4 teeth, hooking it on to one tooth on each side. They were healthy teeth when he first started the work but had to have root canals put it a short time after wards. One of the crowns was lose, causing decay to the degree of not being able to save that tooth. He charged $5,000 for this work. Since he having no patience with me while in the dental chair, I went to another dentist. The other dentist found the decaying tooth. Now, I had to have those two teeth that was holding the bridge removed and inplants put in. It has cost me over $35,000 because he did not cement the crown on proper.
Also, One night, I was in pain with a tooth that he has worked on, so I called his office,.the phone rang and rang, no one was anwering it and I had to go to the emergency room and that cost me, also. I called his office the following morning and left a message on his answering machine for them to please call me. I called back into his office around 12 PM and was told by his secretary that they were so busy that they had no time to listen to the ansering machine.
I feel that he is burned out because of the way he treated me during the many times that I was in his dental chair.
