Dr. Britton has always given me top notch treatment and is very concerned with relieving pain. His technique for shots also reduces to the abosolute minimum, your pain level, while still being awake. I would recommend him for anyone who does not like pain and enjoys a dentist who treats you as a person.

Our family of five drove across town every six months just to go to Dr. Britton for our dentistry needs. He and all his staff were caring and friendly. The few emergencies we had he was quick to take care of, even after hours. We've recently moved away and am doubtful I will find a dentist of his caliber.
About Hygienist: Tracy is great! She does a thorough job and is very punctual. Enjoyed my time in her chair, if that's possible :)

LOVE the staff especially Dr Britton! The facilities are not much to look at but serviceable and very close to post (Fort Sam Houston). The staff truly care about their patients and making dental services pain free and ensuring patients are well informed. Dr Britton spends a lot of time to make sure you know exactly what they are seeing, potential problems, and how to maintain dental health. Very kind, personable, and respectful. I hated to have to leave them when we relocated.
About Hygienist: Tracey was always excellent when i had my cleanings, she was thorough and knowledgeable. Also cared very much for patients as people not just teeth!

Dr. Britton and his staff have treated my family for the past six years. Being military, we have never had the same dentist for more than a couple. Even though we retired from the nearby post and moved to a different city, we will still use the services of Dr. Britton, as we have been treated compassionately, gently, and trust him as well as any dentist can be trusted. Appointments are easily made, the staff members are all extremely kind and caring. Dr. Britton's professionalism is as good as it gets. They have always taken the time to answer questions and offer referrals. Through the years I have referred Dr. Britton to many military families moving to the area. Nothing but kuddos to this office.
About Hygienist: Tracy is the best! I used to need novacaine for years when I would get cleanings done on my teeth, as the teeth are extra sensitive. With her, there is no anxiety and she has proven to be an outstanding hygienist, IMO.

Front desk very rude. If you can stand the secretary at front desk and her attitude you will not regret it. Best Dentist and assistant you will ever have. I guess they are worth the verbal abuse at the front desk.

We are retired military and always PCSing, trying to find a good dentist and we found Dr. Britton who is right next to the post. We fell in love with everyone in his office and have been clients ever since 1996. I wouldn't even think of trying anyone else. All 5 of my children along with my hubsand and I have been his client and just love Dr. Britton and his staff. I have sent many of my friends to him and they too think he and his staff are great. The whole group is just so friendly and make you feel so welcome.

I and my family have relied on Dr. Britton and his professional team of dental hygenists to keep our teeth in top shape for over a decade.
His drill demeanor is as pleasant as it can be and I'm always pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates.
So much so in fact that I fly from New York to San Antonio for a bi-annual cleaning. Even after airfare, he's better - and more reasonable - than the denizons of New York's Park Avenue or London's Harley Street!

From the front office staff to Dr Britton, everyone is professional, courteous and seems happy to be there. I've been a patient for over 15 years and have always liked the treatment and Dr Britton's enthusiasm.

Dr. Britton is extremely personable and sincere. He cares for all his patients as if they were his family. He provides only the best care needed by his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Britton's since 1998 and have only good things to say about the quality of his work, the cost, and the care provided by all his staff. Although he did not complete my implant, he did complete the mold for the tooth cap and ensured that the final product from the lab was absolutely perfect before accepting it. This was a very important aspect of my dental care since my implant is one of my front incisors. I have never experienced pain with Dr. Britton. I would recommend Dr. Britton for patients who have a fear of dentists or who have had a bad experience in the past. He will definitely change your perception of dental care. He is fabulous with children as well. He has an in house dental insurance plan that all of his patients can enroll in. The dental hygenist, Tracy is also fabulous. Rarely is there staff turn over and they always know you by name when you arrive at the office. In summary, it is a wonderful place to have your dental needs met. Everyone I have referred has had a great experience with Dr. Britton and his staff.

I've been going to Dr. Britton since I was in high school. Not only is he friendly and talkative but he also educates you on your teeth. I briefly went to other Dentists while at college. These experiences made me appreciate what a fabulous Dentist and person he is. His staff rarely turns over and is just as wonderful and competent as him. My mother is an Army spouse and has had many dentists during her life, Dr. Britton and his staff are her favorite.
