I was charged $99.00 even though I have 2 dental insurance plans. I don't think the billing assistants took the time to calculate properly the amount I should have paid after both insurance payments. I requested several times for the assistants to bill both policies. They finally billed both and they received their payment. I have called 7 times to get a refund and I'm always told that the doctor is out of town or they will get to it soon. I started requesting the refund on Dec21st.
