Good dr, our family likes him very much but unfortunately we will be looking for a new provider.

About Front Desk: Receptionist "Jamie" has a horrible attitude she and loves to hear herself speak, she will not listen to a word you are saying and speaks over you, when you ask to speak to someone else she will not transfer you, she will claim to be "the only person in the office" Would not recommend anyone with a disabled child to deal with this office because of her...life is hard enough as it is. Don't like the stomach aches I get knowing I have to deal with Jamie's, presumptuous, know it all smug attitude. Good Dr but looking for a new provider ASAP.

Stay clear away from this dentist. I found him and his staff to be very rude. I read a negative review on another website on this dentist, and I thought that the reviewer was just being a jerk..However, I saw the light for myself recently, and regret the day I ever set foot in that office. In addition, there are questionable billing practices.

HE AND HIS STAFF ARE RIDICULOUSLY RUDE AND ARROGANT. HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIALIZED WITH SPECIAL NEEDS PATIENTS. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE HIM. HIS STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. DR CHU IS INCOMPETENT AND INSURANCE ABUSER. HE DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH AND CARE FOR PATIENTS AS HIS WEBSITE STATES. DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS GROUP. YOU Would be better off with a doc in the box.

Dr Chu advertises as a specialist in painless, stress-free sedation dentistry; my experience with him was anything but. He failed to use adequate sedation and I was entirely too conscious of the shots, drilling, extraction, etc. At an expense of nearly $5,000, Dr Chu's "sedation" was a costly rip-off.

Extremely nice person, but very expensive. He did full mouth xrays ($145.00), extracted tooth($160.00). We discussed extraction of another tooth in near future - obviously in bad shape. One month later, I was in a lot of pain due to the rotten tooth. Made appt. for extraction, but had to pay $40.00 for pain prescription although obvious from recent previous office visit and xrays that there was no doubt I was in pain at that point. Penny-wise, pound foolish charging for a prescription. Will find less expensive dentist.
