It was very difficult dealing with this office and our insurance company. The staff were rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this dentist office.

It may take 4 months to get a cleaning, but this office is worth the wait! The staff are friendly, reassuring, and professional. The prices are reasonable, the facilities are spotless, and the staff gets you in and out in good time. You don't sit in the waiting room long, they don't overbook appointments, and the atmosphere is comforting.
I don't have dental insurance: my neighbor highly recommended Dr. Cribbs.

I called the dentists office prior to making him my primary dentist to ensure that appointments could me made easily, that Dr. Cribbs was accepting new patients, etc. After finally getting all the health plan items squared away. I called to make an appointment for a general cleaning. I was told by the receptionist that they are booked until November, and that I could be put on the waiting list. This has to be a joke. I called and ASKED ABOUT APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY BEFORE HAND. In my mind, 4 months later is not acceptable.
I've spent the last six months trying to get a freakin cleaning and all I get is the run around or some piece of sh!t dentist trying to rip me off by selling me more services than I need.
AETNA can go to hell!
