Read Reviews for Dr. Jerrold Jolly
Dr. Jolly gave me upper dentures and I have only had them for eight years. In this time, two of them have broke over a piece of French bread and cost me $150 to fix each one! He must be using sub-standard Materials as I don't know a single soul on this earth, knowing several people with dentures, that have ever broken any teeth out! And the fact that they broke so easily in such a short time of having them is just beyond me! Every person I know that has any dentures, have had them for 20 to 30 years or more and never broke a single tooth! So what the hell did he make my teeth and with? And the first one broke within a year of owning them with no warranty or guarantee! hey said "that happens" ??

Do not choose this dentist if you are searching for Dentists in San Antonio. I had a root canal from him over 5 years ago; he missed some of the root ,so I had to have an emergency root canal to repair what he had missed. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt when I moved back from Houston to San Antonio two months ago (because to be fair he is a pretty inexpensive dentist); but he makes up his inexpensive treatments by HORRIBLE professionalism, outdated facilities, awful receptionists, loud and unprofessional dental assistants and Dr. Jolly himself is unkempt with a yellow mustache from smoking too much, and not to mention he himself smell of tobacco. I called two months ago for x-rays and the receptionist said Dr.Jolly did not do molar root canals but his partner did. I scheduled the appointment , he said he could end up doing the root canal, all the while ten minutes before he was yelling and slamming doors at his receptionist stating "who said I can not do root canals anymore?!" , leaving the receptionist speechless. After that my appt was rescheduled twice last minute, last one being today and I was told Dr. Jolly in the end cant do the root canal I need. Just plain unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend using him.

Bad work, bad customer service, and bad enviroment. I 1st went there 1 year and six months ago for my semi annual cleaning. I had no pain or no problems. They said I need to take the silver fillings I had in my mouth out and that I needed a root canal. The day of the root canal. I explained to the Dr that I researched a root canal online and I don't think that was the issue. He looked a little closer and found that I had a crack in one of my teeth. The root canal was not needed, but I still needed a crown b/c of the crack. When his work was complete, my mouth never hurt so much. I've experience high sensitivity where they replaced the fillings. The crown was too big and hard to floss and there was still pain under the crown. I went back several times, they were unable to provide relief. I finally got smart and changed doctors.
I know this doctor: 1 yr 6 months

I really enjoyed Dr. Jolly he makes you feel comfortable in a moment when all you are feeling is discomfort. I had split my tooth in half and Dr. Jolly was there for me I will always be greatful! I used to keep from smiling because I was embarrased on the discoloration now I smile and when I look in the mirror I say thank you Dr. Jolly!!
