Very helpful staff and Dr. Jones is very gentle, personable and skilled. Our whole family uses him as our family dentist. Even my grown son goes to him. We love our experience with the staff also. Paula knows my voice when I call and is always very accommodating.

We have had various procedures for my husband and myself and have been most satisfied. He's the best and only if I have to leave San Antonio will I change my dentist. The hygienist has been great fast, very nice and very thorough. Overly the dental hygienist does a great job.

Dr Jones has been my amazing dentist for 10 + years now, and I have absolutely ZERO complaints. My older brother saw him before he moved out of city, and both my parents still see him, for the same length of time as I have seen him. His female assistants are very attentive (and just as classy-styled attractive, which doesn't hurt the professional appearance of his office one bit). They help get the job done like the beautiful pros that they are.

The people at the front desk are always helful and friendly. It is always fairly easy to get an appointment. the billing process is seamless - the dentist's office bills my insurance company directly and they are good at monitoring what is covered under my plan. The one time that I had a billing problem, the dentist's office took care of it and removed the charges. The facilities are fine - nothing fancy - but clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience has been good.

I had not been to a dentist in 2+ years and some dentist could have taken advantage of that, but Dr. Jones was very ethical and gave the most painless shot I have ever had for a filling! I would recommend my family to him!! Lewis Whitfield
