He refused treatment of my tooth because he wanted to pull it out and give an implant. When I asked for a bridge or less expensive option he said he couldn't tell whether tooth was cracked or not and said I needed to find a new dentist. I feel he just wants money and not concerned about patients oral health at all.
About Front Desk: Horrible front desk service I called to say I was in traffic and they informed me of a fee if I arrived 15 minutes late. I felt extreme anxiety trying to get there exactly on time.

Horrible – I would not return to doctor ever again.
OMG!!!!! I went to see him bc he was near my house.
BIG MISTAKE!!!!
I got few crowns and I had to go and get fixed by another dentist.
He is rude as well. After getting some crowns I told him that its hurting and he said " i don't see nothing wrong with it"
..... but its hurting?!?!??!?! I had to go and see another dentist and he told me that crown was wrong size.
I am so mad!

I went to Dr. Kim to have a lot of dental work done (3 bridges, multiple crowns). I had the first bridge done with no problem.. flawless work. I was very impressed. I went to have the 2nd and 3rd bridge done at the same time. He did all the prep work and I paid everything up front. I then had to wait 2 weeks for the bridges to come in. Once they were in I went back to his office to have the fitting done only to find out that he closed up shop and left town... with all my money!

i fell in love with facility and staff, i drove clear across town to have my teeth cleaned, and all my procedures done with dr ben kim. he had made a retainer for me, replacing one that was worn out, and cracked. this new retainer came back in mis-impressioned; causing my front top tooth to become crooked and some what lowerd. when i made an appt to address this, dr ben kim stood up and was acting like i had a law suit in my hand and a lawyer behind me. i was very offended and was telling him calmly i just wanted to fix it, i didnt understand why he was upset. even john his assistent looked at me appologetic. within 5 minutes he walked out and said to look at luminers. how rediculous. i dont recomend dr ben kim in either of his facilities.

Dr. Kim is awesome, a pure professional!! His staff is so helpful and very professional and courteous. His office put my family (wife and four children) at ease. He is very gentle, compassionate, kind, and educational toward the patient. Best of all he cares for the patients needs and interest. I have already referred my other family members and co-workers.
