Dr. Lane put a crown on my back tooth Nov. 2007. It fell off the first time about 1 to 1 1/2 yrs later. She put it back on and then tried to bill my ins. co.!!!!! I told her that I thought SHE should stand behind her work and that I was changing dentists because of it. The ins. co. of course denied her claim. Well, it fell off again Aug. 2011. I had my REAL dentist recement it but she said I needed a new crown because this one had a HOLE in it where it either rubbed against the upper crown (that she put in) or was ground down too far when she recemented it to fit. My dentist said it was a poorly fitted crown to begin with and was filled with glue to make it fit. My dentist is sending pictures to my ins. co. so they can demand a refund for a bad job. She gave me pictures to take to Dr. Lane so I could also ask to be reimbursed for my portion of the work. She denied reimbursement. There was no decay under the crown to cause it to fall off. It was just a crappy job!!!! Ins. cos. do not pay to have a crown replaced after 4 yrs. All of my crowns done by other dentists have lasted at least 15 yrs or more. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST IF NEED CROWNS!! She does not stand behind her work and3 yrs 9 mos. is not acceptable for the life of a crown

I had not seen a dentist in 20 years and was scared to death. Dr. Lane and her wonderfully sensitive staff took such great care of me. I recommend them to anyone out there who cannot stand the thought of seeing a dentist. These people will take you by the hand and get your mouth in tip-top-shape.

Staff was very pleasant, friendly, but professional. I had two extractions with local anesthesia and felt no discomfort whatsoever, even though I had a slight complication with one wisdom tooth. Service is unusually prompt and on schedule. My two teenage sons also had a positive experience (no whining or complaints).

A very calm and relaxing atmosphere w/ sweet, friendly staff. I always feel welcomed. My hygienists have been great with me. very gentle. All follow up with a phone calls if their is a problem. Over all, I know I KNOW MY TEETH ARE IN GREAT CARE.

Back in 2005 she was an excellent dentists and treated me with great customer service.
