In my first visit, he discovered a problem that my normal dentist had not even taken an xray of in my 2 years as his patient and annual consultations/x-rays. Extremely professional, courteous staff, and great follow-up.

About Hygienist: I have yet to experience this, but I am sure it will be top notch.
