I have had fillings and crowns. I have several medical issues that affect my teeth including not numbing like most people. Dr Cerna knows how to work with all my issues. She is great. The best dentist I have ever been to. I dont know what I would do without her. I recommend her to everyone. The whole dental experience/package is number 1 for me. She has a wonderful chairside manner, great price, and nice facility. if its too cold, they give you a blanky. :) My favorite part is no pain.
About Front Desk: Sometimes you can have a great doctor or dentist but the front desk staff can just make you want to not return. But the front desk staff at Dr Cerna's office is awesome. The entire team/staff for that matter is wonderful!
About Hygienist: I forget her name but she is awesome and so sweet. She is good at her job and gentle. teeth feel clean.

Dr. Shannon is very kind and very professional. I had my dental work half done in California and she finished quick and painless. I recommend her without a doubt

Dr. Cerna is wonderful, talented, kind and gentle! She has small hands therefore not tearing the sides of my mouth during procedures. She is up to date on technology and her practice! She helped me to look in to a signature plan to help reduce dentist costs which has been cheap and wonderful as well! I highly recommend this professional!

I'm a huge coward when it's comes to dentistry work. I was referred by a friend assuring me she had a gentle touch. I've been to her serveral times and she is just the best!! She has a genuine concern in making sure that you are comfortable. I now look forward to seeing her instead of fearing dentist. I had a bad experience growing up with dentist, but she has totally changed my attitude toward them. I would recommend anyone to her! She is amazing...plus I have a nice smile now, thanks to her!

I love Dr Cerna and her staff. I always feel very welcome when I come to her office. Everyone there is very nice and always makes going to the dentist almost painless!
