Root canals, cleanings, cavities...... I usually do NOT even contemplate a service provider's role as a member of my family, but in the case of Dr. Starr I have made the only exception in my life. Over the years he has sustained my dental health and educated me concerning the vital importance of healthy teeth as as a foundation to my overall health.

I have been going to Dr. Starr since I was 15 years old. He helped me get over a lot of fear I had from a previous dentist. Over the years he has repaired many of my teeth and saved teeth I know would have been pulled by other dentists.
My husband and I are still going to Dr. Starr and now take our 4 children who actually look forward to there dental visits! My youngest son (7) feel asleep during a filling he was so relaxed . That was with only normal local numbing no drugs or gas!
He has performed cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, and nighttime dental guards on various members of our family.
About Hygienist: The hygienist also done a wonderful job and our teeth feel wonderful after a cleaning. She also is observant about possible future issues with the children's teeth so we can prevent problems. What can I say my 4 children are cavity free because of the great dental work and education given to us by Dr. Starr and his staff about oral hygiene .

Without a doubt-the best dentist a person could have. I have been going to him since he began his practice-I even flew to San Antonio to go to him when I lived in other states.

dr starr has done dental work on my teeth several times and every time I had a complaint about the work he did on me, he would not fix it unless I paid for the work and office visitsagin. The work he did on me was a root canel that is still giving me trouble, a partial that the enamelhas chipped.and doesn'nt fit right. He will only fix these problems unless I pay for them.
He would be cheap,if he did the work righ and did not charge for fixing his mistakes.

I like DrStarr. I've been with him since I was about 13, I'm 37. The cost is cheaper than most health insurances. he tries really hard to work with you BUT he is extremely busy.
