BEWARE !!!He took all of my son's insurance money, $1,500. and signed him up for a credit card, immediately took $4,521. from that card !!f all this was for the filling and prep work for root canal. He took the money , kept it after we cancelled , due to the extremely poor service, no cost disclosures, and went to another Dr. Metlife had to fight to get back the $1,500. and we are still fighting with CARECREDIT, who just gave him to money without verifying if the work had been done. We are still waiting for a$2,000. refund from him and beware of the money
All he cared about was the money !!!
About Front Desk: WHAT FRONT DESK ??? Asked for office manager and she only comes in a few hours a week, so we had no one to deal with on the $6,000. plus overcharge!!! What a way to run a office.

I wrote a review earlier, refer to it...Charged $6,700..+ immediately for work that was not completed and had and still fighting to get monyeback. He is totally money driven !!!
About Front Desk: what front, no one to talk to, office mgr. comes in twice a week for a few hrs. to pay bills

Dr. Stewart and his staff do great work. My only complaint is their billing. I had paid for my services in full by the end of my treatments - as is their policy, but 8 months later I received a bill for $500 with no explanation of why. I called and sent a letter requesting an explanation and in the meantime received a call from a collection agency also. After finding out I was supposedly underbilled and not billed for some items , I negotiated an amount and paid it. A year later, when I checked my credit report, the collection was listed - very disappointing.

About Hygienist: My hygienist was fabulous, unfortunately she moved and left the practice.

I went in for a NP exam and spent more time with the hygienist, who was very nice than Dr.Stewart. who was also nice but he did not spend enough time with me. After my first appointment I went back for a consult which I thought would be done by Dr.Stewart , but his assistant did the consult and she was impatient and pressured me into doing the treatment plan. I have never been to a dentist who seemed absent from my care. I am glad I sought a second opinion as Dr.Stewart had misdiagnosed several areas in my mouth.

I thought having veneers done was going to improve my smile, and make me want to smile more. Not the case! I have poorly shaped veneers that are so thick that I can't get used to talking with them, even years later. My kids make fun of my teeth, and I wish I would have never done this! When I talk to him about my unhappiness, he and his team dismiss me like I am nobody, that I am crazy, and that I am the rude one. I don't ask for my money back, just for him to help me make my teeth the way I wanted them (and he said he could do it)... and I PAID for it, thousands and thousands of dollars. Now I don't even feel like I can smile.

This is by far the best dentist and dentistry I have ever visited. I have moved around the past 8 years and visited many dentists, none of them compare to Dr. Stewart. He is truely amazing, caring, and provides exceptional work. His staff has truely amazed me with their customer service, knowledge, understanding, and kindness. This dentistry truely cares about their patients and it shows, I feel welcomed everytime I walk in the office or receive a phone call from them. I consider it an honor to be considered a patient here. If you are looking for a dentist, try this one and you will see that what I am posting is sincere.
