Dr. Santos was excellent from the first class service to her extensive explinations of the work that needed to be done. She showed me everything she would be doing as well as using the most hi-tech equipment I've ever seen. All the work I had done was almost painless, my biggest fear shots, were bearable, her technique was amazing! I walked out of the office with a huge smile!

This is one of the best dentist in the Country. I recently moved to Northern, Virginia, and I would fly back just to continue to have her as my dentist. She gave my smile back to me. Always thoughtful and patient. She is not only a dentist, but she is an artist in her field of cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Santos has a beautiful office, but the quality of her dentistry is extremely poor. She did a crown and a filling for me, and both of them had to be redone within a year because they were done incorrectly. She also ground down a perfectly healthy tooth (without permission) so that the bad crown would fit against the other healthy teeth! Skip the spa atmosphere and go to a dentist that will do a quality job.

I have been with Dr. Santos for several years. She is the best dentist I have been to. She does very good work and is very detailed.

Dr Santos is a fantastic dentist! Dr. Santos's assistant, Rachel, is wonderful as well. Together, they both make a terrific team. As for the office, it's clean, modern, and in the heart of city (Union Square). Dr. Santos' office is filled with lots of high tech equipment. However, this may be the reason why her fees appear to be somewhat more expensive than other dentists. In fact, this is probably the only problem that I have with Dr. Santos' practice. Otherwise, I highly recommend her practice.

I went to Dr. Santos to get a opinion on a root canal that had re-emerged with some problems. Dr. Santos did some initial x-rays and gave me an accurate diagnosis of the problem and she provided several options. I was so impressed with her technology I asked her to do a full mouth x-ray. She has cutting edge technology that can x-ray and take color pictures of the teeth and display them on the computer screen next to your chair. The software then can analyze your teeth beyond the scope of the human eye to determine which teeth are showing signs of decay. In essence she can prevent serious problems from occuring by discovering them early. She found several issues that the prior dentist missed. Then by using cutting edge laser technology she removed all the problems. In addition, she used the laser to zap the bacteria in the problem tooth avoiding the need for additional surgery. Her office staff is wonderful and the environment is pleasant and well designed.

I've been a patient of Edna's for about 10 years now, and I can honestly say she's the best dentist I've ever had. She's done extensive work on me, including a bridge right in the front of my mouth and several porcelain crowns. Unfortunately, I have premature bone loss in my upper jaw, due, I'm told, to the overly aggressive method my orthodontist used when I was a child. Fortunately, Edna and periodontist Richard Nathan have worked together to treat my gums and monitor the situation, and things have remained stable for the last decade or so. I'm deeply grateful to them both. Edna has also always made a special effort on my behalf when it comes to cost. At times during our relationship I've been a student, and she's always been honest about which procedures need to be dealt with immediately and which can wait. She's also pointed out the various options and their respective cost. Finally, I once had to switch dentists briefly because of a change in insurance coverage at work, and I remember the staff at the other dentist's office admiring Edna's fine work on my bridge. Edna's great!

Dr. Santos is wonderful. She has very modern equipment and caught several things that my previous dentist had missed. I would highly encourage you to go to her for everything from cleanings to root canals.

DR Santos is so skilled, I have total confidence in her. Dr Santos did a root canal w/crown for me. She is like Candy! ..so delightful!
