He has made me feel so comfortable in his office. I'm not a big fan of the dentist to begin with, but his personality makes the experience one I enjoy rather than dread.

About Front Desk: Dr. Swinney's front desk is wonderful. The ladies are always able to find an appointment for me that works with my schedule and it's nice to see a friendly smile when I walk in the door. Aside from that, it's nice that they call to check on me the day after my appointment, which is something not everyone will do.

About Hygienist: I love my hygienist! She takes great care of me and always has answers my questions when I have them. I always love the way my teeth feel when I leave their office.

Horrible. Worst dental experience in my life. I honestly feel like Chip Swinney does not care about his patients overall oral health. He was extremely rude and condescending. If you want someone arrogant to insult you go here. If you need dental work go someplace else. The experience was so bad I am willing to get spam in order to post this review.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff was very courteous.

About Hygienist: Hygenist caused more pain than she should have. When I mentioned the area was sensitive she picked at it with the metal pick instead of using the water pick. More torture please!
