Dr. Tonsberg was my dentist for many years. He was my husbands dentist even longer (probably 10 years longer than I went to him). I even commuted at one time to be able to go to him. I am still not as comfortable with my new Dentist as I was with Dr. Tonsbergs years of experience.
He wasn't the warmest personality but I trusted his experience and knowledge. I wish I could feel that confident in my Dentist again.

Good, professional, communicative, efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3-4 years, and was very nervous about the whole thing, but found it a not unpleasant experience. I've recommended Dr Tonsberg to my husband; he's going next week.

I've been going to Dr. Tonsberg pretty much since I got teeth! The excellent service both he and his staff provides has been consistent over the years!

The best dentist in the bay area!!! Dr. Tonsberg is always pleasant and professinal. He does excellent work and all visits are very comfortable.

Dr. Tonsberg is the best dentist I have ever seen. I am very particular about my care. His work is exceptional! He is a "dentist's" dentist! If you are looking for cosmetic work, he is great! The assistant is friendly and efficient, and has been with him for a long time. The hygiene staff is also exceptional, and have been with him for many years...turnover is low in his office, which is a good sign! However, sometimes it is hard to reach the office by phone...the service picks up during business hours? The office manger is nice, but doesn't always seem to be with the program....somwhere out in left field! Overall, the office is wonderful....if you are looking for a great dentist in Alameda...Finn Tonsberg is the best!

My whole family has been treated from Dr. Tonsberg in the past three years: husband , children and myself. His professionality is superb, his Dental office is very welcoming and each and every one that works with him is extremely nice and polite, they are indeed a great team of people!
