Dr Vernon is great. I get to watch movies on the ceiling while I am getting teeth filled etc. His staff is very friendly and professional as well. Whenever I go in I feel so appreciated and important!

He is Fantastic. You will not be dissapointed!!! I switched to him after going to a high priced very impersonal dentist who put in a faulty crown. I paid for a new one from him, but it is guaranteed for life. So I am happy to do it. The other dentist was very painful and I had to be referred to another place in the middle of a root canal, nothing like this has or will ever happen with Dr Vernon. He is friendly and gentle and is great everytime I go in! I drive from Murray to see him and it is worth every second of the drive!
I dread the thought of him ever retiring... I don't want to go to anyone else!
About Hygienist: They are all very good and friendly. No complaints all the way around!

I used to have dental insurance with another dentist. Now that I dont have dental insurance and am making payments out of pocket Im paying less for dental care. This is including a root canal! I would and do recommend Dr. Vernon to anybody. In fact if he took practice out of the Salt Lake Valley where he lives I would still drive the distance. Hes that good!

My wife and I have tried many dentists in the past and we were OK with them. Once we moved to Magna and tried Dr. Vernon (7 years ago), we have never had any desire to go anywhere else.
He has now taken care of not only me and my wife, but our two older boys (6 and 9 years old). They love him. It took a few visits before they would let him and his staff to do more than play dissappearing water, count teeth, and "Play Jump Rope" with them, but they now rush into the office in excitement. Whichever boy goes 2nd ends up throwing a fit. The office now will try to bring both boys back at the same time.
Another nice thing that I love is that when he does do any drilling, he lets you choose a movie and put on some movie glasses which puts a 50 foot screen in front of your eyes. The only drawback is that he is always done before the movie is over.
His chair-side manners, staff, and office rewards are wonderful. He always sends you off with a new brush, tooth paste, and floss.
Our insurance takes him so I don't know much about his prices, but we never pay much out of pocket. One time when things were slow for him, he sealed my teeth, free of cost.

Dr Vernon is a professional pleasant Dentist that does good work. He is not the cheapest, but I feel he is well worth the extra price and I am not sure that he is really more expensive than the competition. You will find that he will follow up on his work and he will work with you until the problem is taken care of.
I fully recommend him.
