Dr. Abrams (only dentist at Fort Union Family Dental) filled a cavity on a my sister's tooth but did it poorly. There was a rut or hole in it so it was bothering her when she would drink cold water or eat anything sweet. My sister was having troubles with it and went to a different dentist who she felt like she could trust to fill it correctly. She then had it filled but had to pay for the entire filling without insurance helping.
Dental Select said that even though Dr. Abrams did a poor job on the filling, their policy is not to pay for the same filling twice within a two year time frame. Thus, she had to pay for it in full just a few months after having had the filling done (and paying her portion) the first time. She reached out and ask Dr. Abrams for assistance, he refused. I thought that wasn't fair so I'm leaving this review.

Dr. Brian Abrams messed my tooth up so bad I'll probably lose it. Due to his negligence, in a matter of weeks after my seeing him for the very issue he said I didn't have, I was in the emergency room in the most excruciating pain I've felt.
After the visit to the ER I was told I may have to have brain surgery. Luckily that was not the case but I had to go to a specialist (endodontist) for an emergency operation. I kindly asked him to help pay for the ER visit and he refused stating that I should have called him instead of going to the ER or the specialist. I told him I had just seen him and that I didn't trust his competence (since his negligence is what landed me in the ER in the first place).
The endodontist I saw recommended I switch dentists.
Now, after a few months of multiple visits (and lots of bills) to different professionals and varying procedures (same tooth, same issue) it is likely I'll lose my tooth altogether.
Avoid him if you want proper care!

About Hygienist: The Hygienist asked Dr. Abrahms multiple times to reevaluate my tooth while I was there. She was very concerned about it. He didn't listen to her recommendation. The hygienist and I were both extremely concerned about it, but he didn't seem to care and assured me it was fine.

Great dentist. Child teeth cleaning, tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal. Insurance and with out. Very friendly. Great with the boys. Quick. I have recommended dr abrams to others and will continue to do so

I loved my experience at Dr. Abrams' practice! He took out my wisdom teeth, and I was so impressed with the treatment during the procedure and the short recovery time. All my visits have been pain-free!

Brian Abrams and his staff provide excellent care and customer service. My appointments have always been punctual and my treatments, from cleanings to fillings, exceptional. As a health insurance agent, I refer dozens of my clients to Dr. Abrams and all reports have been of praise for him and his people.
