Our last experience with Dr. Almond was terrible. It was my daughters 2nd appointment with Dr. Almond and based on her first experience with him had some anxiety. The hygienist refused to numb the gums before the injection and told me that is something they just don't do there. My daughter's anxiety was piqued and when Dr. Almond arrived to begin the procedure, he escalated the stress of the situation by acting very impatient and frustrated (he was angry at my daughter, started placing his tools down loudly, excessive loud sighing, and the hygienist seemed shocked by his demeanor). He refused to work on my daughter but were charged for all of the work. He may of been having a bad day and has every right to refuse his services, but I thought people ought to know before they entrust their children to him. He scarred my seven year old daughter. :(

I have been going to Dr. Almond for several years and I will continue to do so until I die, or move. His chair side manner is always pleasant, and he has treated all of my teeth efficiently. He is willing to work with a variety of payment plans. The facilities are always clean, up to date, and organized. But above all else the office staff are wonderful! Nicole and all the hygienists are incredibly sweet. They are outstandingly kind to everyone that walks through their door.

About Front Desk: Nicole is always super happy and friendly! She is easy to work with and has the best sense of humor. She is by far one of the best parts of going to the dentist.

Jeffrey Almond made my routine dental infection much much worse by using the wrong antibiotic to treat it. Find another dentist. This one is sub par.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Almond to me NINE years ago. I have seen him atleast twice a year ever since. When I got married almost 7 years ago, my husband started seeing him as well. My daughter, who is 5, now goes with me for her dental check ups. My teeth have been relatively easy, with a few cavities. My husband's teeth needed SO much work, and Dr. Almond has fixed it all! My daughter, who has had a cavity filled, GIGGLED during her filling. Dr. Almond has the side-chair manners unlike any other dentist I've been to in my life. He is personable, kind, explains everything thoroughly, and is gentle and efficient. While my friends are taking their kids to children's dentists with movies, and games, etc... I take my daughter to him because she likes him, is comfortable with him, and I trust that her teeth will have the best care.

About Front Desk: Nichole has been with Almond Dental since we started seeing him. She works with our schedules to get us in quickly in an urgent situation. She helped fix an insurance mess for us when my insurance company accidentally canceled dental insurance for my husband. She handles my questions immediately when I call. I'd even go so far as to say she recognizes my voice when I call. She's a lot of the reason we love going to Almond Dental. On our latest visit my daughter drew a picture to take to her. She treats us like family.

About Hygienist: Jessica is our favorite! She does a great job at cleaning my teeth, and they always feel like a million bucks when she's done. She has an upbeat personality and gets my teeth cleaned thoroughly. She can converse with myself, my husband, and my little cute daughter about anything and everything to pass the time as she cleans our teeth.

Dr. Almond is a master artisan of teeth!!! A perfectionist when it comes to doing the best for the teeth as well as the mouth (and smile) that surround them. He does not accept or expect less than the best for his clients. The staff will be your best friend the moment you walk in the door and will go out of the way to see that your concerns are seen to and taken care of. After all the work my teeth have been through, I trust no one more than Dr. Almond and the employees who work with him. They have enhanced the smile that I love to share!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Almond now for over 6 years, I have been highly impressed with the porfessionalism and knowledge not only Dr Almond has, but the rest of his staff has as well. Never have i gone to an office so friendly and who actually remember me and the things i am doing in my life. Dr Almond is very honest and i know if he recommends something i really do need it. It is great to go somewhere and know that i wont get nickeled and dimed. I would highly reccommend him to anyone looking for an office who wants to be treated more as family than as a number!

He is a very nice doctor and good at what he does! How ever his receptionist is the worest receptionist I have ever met! Yes I am talking about Nicole !! Often she forget what she told you she will do and also she lack listening she just talks and talks. Once I called to ask the info she should have send me but didn't and when I called to ask for it she said she is trying to finish somthing important and will call me back. This day I knew I will never go back to the office again. She basically told me my business isnt important what a jock!!!!
